Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TabQ platform, websites, and services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

2. Subscriptions & billing

The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription per shop. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or disable access to a business whose subscription is unpaid after the stated grace period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for the menu, pricing, tax, and order information you publish.

4. Customer orders

TabQ provides software to facilitate ordering between you and your customers. The contract for food and service is solely between you (the business) and the customer. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, food safety, pricing accuracy, and applicable taxes.

5. Your content & data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
